Programs

Training that leads to jobs. Coaching that keeps them.

Two programs, one throughline: work-ready skills for Westchester residents, delivered in partnership with the developers, municipalities, and organizations hiring in our region.

Career Readiness

Career Labs

Career Labs is a career-readiness accelerator for residents ready to work but stuck at the paperwork stage. Coaches meet participants where they are and walk with them through the application, interview, and first-90-days journey.

  • Résumé and application coaching, one-on-one
  • Mock interviews with employers in our network
  • Digital literacy for the modern application process
  • Follow-through into the first 90 days of a new role
